ANTA Sports (02020) has announced that dividends declared from the end of 2012 through the interim period of 2020, which remain unclaimed by shareholders as of September 15, 2026, will be forfeited and transferred to the company's ownership.

According to the company's official filing, this measure applies to both the final dividend for 2012 and the special dividend, as well as the interim dividends declared up to mid-2020. Any of these payments not yet collected by holders within the specified timeframe will be permanently reclaimed by ANTA Sports.

The move follows the company's standard practice for handling unclaimed distributions, designed to clear aged liabilities on its books. Shareholders who have not yet received their entitled dividends are encouraged to contact the registrar promptly to ensure their claims are processed before the cutoff date.
