LOTUS HORIZON Announces Board Changes: Yang Jianhua Appointed as Executive Director

LOTUS HORIZON (ASX: 06063) has announced changes to its board of directors.
Mr. Chen Shu'an has tendered his resignation from his positions as an Executive Director and a member of the Board Remuneration Committee, effective June 1, 2026, to devote more time to his personal affairs.
Concurrently, Mr. Yang Jianhua, the company's current Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative, has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, also effective June 1, 2026.
Following these changes, the board confirmed that Mr. Chen has ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Yang has been appointed as its new member.
