China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT Pharma) disclosed that it has received an arbitration award from the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission dated 20 July 2026. The decision orders NT Pharma and other jointly liable parties to pay liquidated damages, related costs and arbitration fees totaling approximately RMB92.00 million (USD-equivalent not provided).

The dispute stems from guarantee arrangements linked to a 2020 asset transaction with entities of Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a deal whose equity transfer was completed in the same year.

Management has formally engaged a compliance legal team and will apply to set aside the award within the statutory period. As of the announcement date, the payment obligation has not progressed to compulsory enforcement.

The group is assessing potential financial implications in light of allocation arrangements among jointly liable parties and the bankruptcy-restructuring status of one related entity. NT Pharma reports normal day-to-day operations and stable cash flows at present.

The company intends to provide further disclosures as developments occur and advises shareholders and prospective investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
