Attovia Therapeutics' (ATTO) ATTOBODY platform should position the company as a key player in immunology and inflammation, RBC Capital Markets said in a Sunday note.

The company uses ATTOBODY in designing and developing mono- or multi-specific biologics against validated targets, like its most advanced ATTO-1310 product candidate, which has the same target as Nemluvio, an approved therapy for atopic dermatitis, RBC said.

ATTOBODY could line up a sustained portfolio for the company, with data on ATTO-1310 in chronic pruritus and high-itch atopic dermatitis expected in Q4 and Q1 2027, respectively, while a phase 1 study on ATTO-2306 in atopic dermatitis is slated for H1 2027, the brokerage noted. Both product candidates present more than $2 billion in peak global sales opportunity, RBC said.

Attovia is also set to evaluate ATTO-1091 in hitting three high-validated inflammatory bowel disease targets, RBC added.

RBC initiated coverage of Attovia Therapeutics with an outperform rating and $45 price target.
