Cohen & Steers (CNS) said Monday its Cohen & Steers Real Estate Opportunities Fund has acquired the Oak Hill Plaza shopping center in Austin, Texas through a joint venture with real estate investor Trademark Property.
The transaction's financial terms were not disclosed. Oak Hill Plaza is 92.5% occupied, Cohen & Steers said.
