China Resources Land's Profit Declines in H1; Shares Down 8%

China Resources Land's (HKG:1109) profit attributable to owners of the company fell to 9.84 billion yuan in the first half of 2026 from 11.9 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the company fell nearly 8% in Monday's trade.

Basic earnings per share contracted to 1.38 yuan from 1.67 yuan in the prior-year period.

Revenue slid year on year to 67.9 billion yuan from 94.9 billion yuan.

The board declared an interim dividend of 0.20 yuan per share.
