Shanghai International Port Posts 2 Billion Yuan in Medium-Term Bonds

Shanghai International Port (SHA:600018) posted two tranches of medium-term bonds amounting to 2 billion yuan, according to a weekend disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
Both bonds are worth 1 billion yuan each. They both have the same interest rate of 1.98% and the same term of 10 years, maturing Aug. 27, 2036.
Bank of Shanghai (SHA:601229) is the underwriter of the first tranche, while China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the underwriter of the second tranche.
