Wrkr (ASX:WRK) approved changes to the remuneration arrangements for chief executive officer Trent Lund, effective immediately, following a review of executive remuneration and market benchmarking, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said Lund's total fixed remuneration has been set at AU$450,000, with a short-term incentive target of 50% of fixed remuneration, with a maximum of 1.5 times the target subject to achievement of relevant key performance indicators, and a long-term incentive of 10 million performance rights subject to performance hurdles over the performance period.
