0309 GMT - Pan-United Corp. stands to benefit from Singapore's ongoing construction upcycle, UOB Kay Hian's Tang Kai Jie says in a research report. The Building and Construction Authority forecasts S$47 billion-S$53 billion of contracts to be awarded in 2026, while annual demand is projected at S$39 billion-S$46 billion over 2027-2030, the analyst notes. Major public infrastructure projects should support a multiyear uptrend in construction activity and benefit the specialist in concrete solutions and technologies. The brokerage lifts its earnings forecasts for Pan-United by 12% for 2026, 15% for 2027, and 15% for 2028. It raises the stock's target price to 1.88 Singapore dollars from S$1.42 with unchanged buy rating. Shares are unchanged at S$1.55.
