Michael Hill International (ASX:MHJ, NZE:MHJ) said Chair Rob Fyfe has advised the board of his intention to retire from the role, effective Nov. 28, according to an Australian bourse filing on Aug. 28 after market hours.
Non-Executive Director Claudia Batten will succeed Fyfe as chair, effective Nov. 28, the filing added.
