Samsung C&T (KRX:028260) secured an order for the construction of apartment buildings and neighborhood living facilities in Apgujeong District 4, Seoul, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The contract is valued at 2.115 trillion won. Billing and payment will be made as construction progresses. The construction period is 68 months from the commencement date of construction, the filing said.
