Herbalife Reaffirms Guidance for Q3, Full-Year

Herbalife (HLF) said Monday that it is reaffirming its guidance for Q3 and the full-year, previously provided on Aug. 5.

The company said it continues to expect Q3 net sales growth of 0.5% to 4.5% year-over-year along with adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $160 million to $180 million.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expect net sales of $1.31 billion and one analyst expects adjusted EBITDA of $165 million.

For the full-year, the company continues to expect net sales growth of 2.5% to 5.5%, along with adjusted EBITDA of $670 million to $690 million.

Three analysts expect 2026 net sales of $5.26 billion and one analyst expects adjusted EBITDA of $674 million.

Shares of the company were down more than 12% in early Monday trading.
