Tetratherix (ASX:TTX) made its first commercial shipment of Tetramatrix polymer to the US under its Precision Medicine partnership with Superpower Health, adding product revenue to its existing $3 million annual license fee, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shipment follows successful US export clearance, commercial-scale manufacturing, and the US Food and Drug Administration's assignment of a unique identifier to the company's STEPP polymer platform, per the filing.
The company also said a peer-reviewed study on its PNPHO polymer for intranasal semaglutide delivery was accepted by the International Journal of Pharmaceutics, independently validating the technology and its potential for peptide drug delivery, the filing added.
