Alumis (ALMS) said Tuesday that a phase 2 study of its envudeucitinib experimental drug in moderate-to-severe systemic lupus erythematosus failed to meet its primary and secondary endpoints in the overall trial population.

Shares slumped nearly 59% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 20.9 million from a daily average of about 1.3 million.

Enovis (ENOV) has signed a binding offer to acquire eCential Robotics for 176 million euros ($204 million) in cash, plus up to 35 million euros in milestone payments, the company said Tuesday.

BMO Capital adjusted the Enovis price target to $27 from $30, while maintaining its outperform rating.

Shares dropped 10% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 1.9 million from a daily average of about 1.1 million.

Cango (CANG) reported a Q2 loss from continuing operations late Monday while revenue more than halved.

Shares slumped 22%, with intraday trading volume at over 419,000, versus a daily average of about 259,000.
