IperionX (ASX:IPX) said JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates raised their voting power in the firm to 6.66% as of Tuesday from 5.4% previously, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
JPMorgan Chase holds 24.1 million ordinary shares in the firm as of Tuesday.
IperionX's shares fell nearly 2% in recent trading on Friday.
