BRP Swings to Fiscal Q2 Losses, Revenue Increases; Fiscal 2027 Guidance Lifted

BRP (DOO) reported fiscal Q2 normalized losses Thursday of CA$0.18 ($0.13) per diluted share, swinging from CA$0.92 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected losses of CA$0.67.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended July 31 was CA$2.24 billion, up from CA$1.89 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected CA$2.01 billion.

For fiscal 2027, the company increased its normalized earnings guidance to between CA$4.00 and CA$4.50, up from CA$3.00 to CA$3.50, and revenue guidance to between CA$9.23 billion and CA$9.48 billion, up from CA$9.13 billion and CA$9.38 billion.

Analysts expect CA$3.28 and CA$9.29 billion.

BRP also declared a quarterly dividend of CA$0.25 per share, payable Oct. 13 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 29.
