Tata Steel (NSE:TATASTEEL, BOM:500470) has completed the sale of its entire stake in Jamshedpur Football and Sporting, its wholly owned subsidiary, to Churchill Brothers Sports Club, according to a Monday exchange filing.
The transaction was completed on Monday, following satisfaction of the conditions precedent, including approval from the All-India Football Federation.
Jamshedpur Football and Sporting is no longer a subsidiary of Tata Steel, the filing said.
