UiPath (PATH) said Thursday it has named Hitesh Ramani, its deputy chief financial officer since 2024, as chief financial officer.

Ramani, who also serves as chief accounting officer of the software company, has more than 25 years of leadership experience in accounting and finance, including two decades at Deloitte.

Ashim Gupta, former CFO of UiPath, will continue in his role as chief operating officer, the company added.

Brad Brubaker, the company's chief legal officer and general counsel, has been named chief legal and administrative officer.

Separately, the company appointed Yazdi Bagli, executive vice president, IT and Enterprise Business Services at Kaiser Permanente, to its board of directors.

Shares fell nearly 6% in after-hours trading.
