Jiangsu Huaxicun (SHE:000936) will subscribe for 30 million yuan for a 37.04% stake as a limited partner in the Wuxi Heyu Venture Capital Investment Partnership.
The 81-million-yuan fund will invest in chip design and manufacturing company Zonghui Xinguang through equity, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the textile materials manufacturer closed 1% higher Thursday.
