These shares are being issued under the Company’s long-term incentive plan and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. No shares are held in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 31 August was 563,836,626 and the total number of shares in issue following this admission is 572,807,611. The admission of these shares is expected to take place on 8 September 2026.
