Charter Communications (CHTR) said Monday that chief financial officer Jessica Fischer will step down effective Oct. 15 to pursue another professional opportunity.
The company will begin a search for her replacement immediately.
Kevin Howard, currently executive vice president and chief accounting officer and controller, will become interim CFO, the company said.
