Zhongji Innolight (SHE:300308, HKG:3308) is looking to repurchase between 400 million yuan and 800 million yuan of shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The high-speed optical transceiver maker could buy back between 3.3 million and about 6.7 million shares at 1,200 yuan apiece.
