UiPath's (PATH) artificial intelligence-driven deal momentum, new product traction, and better client retention in Q2 are encouraging, RBC Capital Markets said in a Friday research report.

The company raised its fiscal 2027 guidance as management is confident about underlying business trends, pipeline health, and client momentum despite a dynamic macro environment, analysts wrote.

Management believes that coding agents present a lucrative opportunity to support automation development lifecycle workflows, with a broader aspiration to "3D print" processes across the platform using deterministic, agentic, or orchestration capabilities, according to the note.

The brokerage said it reiterated its sector perform rating on the stock and boosted its price target to $17 per share from $15.
