NEXG Bina (KLSE:NEXGBINA), previously Classita, canceled a potential deal to sell stakes in two subsidiaries, according to a Monday filing in Malaysia.

On Sept. 8, 2025, the company entered into a head of agreement to dispose of 49% equity interests in Classita (M) and Marywah Industries (M) to Choo Peng Hung.
