Regional Container Lines's (SET:RCL) has incorporated a step-down subsidiary named RCL South Asia Connect to support its business growth, according to a Friday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The company's Singapore-based wholly-owned subsidiary, RCL Feeder, holds a 100% stake in the new entity.
